Love City is made up of a group of neighbors with a passion for loving the community and its members to the fullest. There are a lot of faces behind making what we do happen. Say hello to our team.

Shawn & Inga

A leap of faith quickly turned into a dynamic community center and neighborhood resource. When Shawn and Inga were looking to move to the Portland area, their paths led to the purchase of a house along with the community center next door. The beginning of Love City started with a block party celebrating their renovations, and soon after they turned their vision to host a small fish fry into a full-time, sit-down restaurant.

Support Staff

These are the people who make everything we do at Love City possible. They work unconventional days and hours so we can provide the best programs to our community while uplifting our neighbors with faith, hope and love. We believe it’s very important to love on not only our community, but also our neighbors from Louisville and afar that come to Portland to volunteer with us.
